1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using “Par ici!” (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), provided by ConquerMetroExit (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

1). Right to Use

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant users a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2). Account and Authentication

Certain features of the Service require identity verification using an email address and authentication via Magic Link. Users must provide a valid email address that they use themselves and must not share authentication information with third parties.

3). Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

3. Paid Passes, Purchases, and Access Periods

1). Paid Passes

The Service offers time-limited passes that provide access to paid features for a specified period. The available pass types, access periods, and prices are displayed on the Pricing page and payment screen at the time of purchase.

2). Access Period

The access period for a paid pass begins when the purchase process has been successfully completed. Each pass expires at the end of the period displayed at the time of purchase.

3). Automatic Renewal

Paid passes do not renew automatically. If users wish to continue using paid features after the access period ends, they must purchase a new pass themselves.

4). Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment services designated by us. We do not directly collect or store complete payment card information such as users’ credit card numbers.

5). Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rights are subject to applicable laws and the conditions displayed at the time of purchase. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any rights granted to users under applicable law.

4. Information Provided by the Service

The Service provides reference information relating to routes, stations, exits, transfers, facilities, and other matters relevant to using public transportation in Paris.

Information concerning transport operations, construction work, station facilities, exit availability, the operating status of elevators and escalators, and other matters may change without notice. Users should also check on-site signage and the latest information provided by the relevant transport operators when necessary.

The Service does not guarantee arrival at a destination, the availability of any particular route, journey times, the operation of facilities, or any other specific outcome.

5. Location Information

If a user chooses to use a feature that requires their current location, the Service may use location information provided by the user’s device or browser. Use of location information is optional, and users may deny access to location information through their device or browser settings.

6. Privacy

For information about how personal information and related data are handled in connection with the Service, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

1). Our Content

Copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service and to text, data, designs, images, structure, and other content independently created by us belong to us or to the respective lawful rights holders.

2). Third-Party Content

Rights relating to route maps, names, trademarks, logos, data, and other content provided by transport operators, map providers, or other third parties belong to their respective rights holders.

Users must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use content from the Service without authorization, except where permitted by law or by the relevant rights holder.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service

We may change, update, temporarily suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for reasons including service improvement, maintenance, security, legal compliance, or other reasonable grounds.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of significant changes that may materially affect users through the website, within the Service, or by another appropriate method.

9. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy and currency of information provided through the Service, but we do not guarantee that all information, including information supplied by public transport operators or other third parties, will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. This does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including cases involving our intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms due to changes in applicable laws, changes to the Service, or other reasonable circumstances. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the website, within the Service, or by another appropriate method. The revised Terms will apply from the effective date indicated.

11. Governing Law and Users’ Rights
